Update: Learning at Work Week 2026 dates

Learning at Work Week 2026 will take place from Monday 18 - Sunday 24 May.

These dates have been updated as the original dates fell on a bank holiday week.

In previous years, Learning at Work Week has taken place in May at the same time as Mental Health Awareness Week. Following consultation with organisers, we have moved the national dates so that organisers can run the weeks separately. Learning at Work Week will take place the week after and be adjacent to Mental Health Awareness Week to support crossover activity.

Whilst most employers and organisers run their Learning at Work Week during the national dates, if there is a better time for your organisation and its employees, you are free to run Learning at Work Week at a different time using the free resources we provide. The most important thing is that Learning at Work Week is shaped to work for your organisation, including when it happens.

As with previous years, there will be a national theme.

Keep checking our website, where we’ll be announcing the 2026 theme and sharing how to get involved.
